1. NLT will not, under any circumstances, purchase goods or services from anyone who advertises by unsolicited email, FAX, or telephone. We are fully aware that most such solicitations are scams and the rest are annoyances. 
2. Similarly, NLT will not, under any circumstances, purchase any goods or services from anyone who advertises by unsolicited telephone or FAX. When such contacts violate the Federal Consumer Telephone Protection Act, NLT reports them to the FCC as a matter of course.
